Great job cartman
one need to listen for a while and take notes.
from the website "Telford's monitor all daily fleet movements via our two way and GPS tracking which is fitted to all the vehicles in the fleet. Telford's control and co ordinate all major transportation bookings with Operations staff marshalling to ensure, all events proceed smoothly and without problems to our customers."

Re: Hillsbus
I hadn't got that far into researching it but that GPS tracking would account for that noise in between conversations.
There seems to be more activity around the arrival and departure of students at the schools they service.
Callsign "MBL" is the base radio and is an abbreviation for "Marrickville Bus Lines" who are associated with Telford.

Re: Hillsbus
And just incase somebody comes here for HillsBus info, they use 162.9750 MHz with a CTCSS 74.4.
Repeater in Dural, but covers most of Sydney.

Re: Hillsbus
Hillsbus is complicated.
"Westbus, Glenorie Bus Company and Blue Ribbon Bus Company were acquired by a consortium consisting of Cabcharge Australia and Singapore-based passenger land transport company ComfortDelGro (CDC Group) taking effect from the end of September 2005.
Buses at the Dural, Northmead and Seven Hills depots are now operated under the Hillsbus brand.
Buses at the Bonnyrigg, Penrith and Windsor Depots operate under the Westbus brand.
Blue Ribbon Bus Service were renamed Hunter Valley Buses"
http://www.busaustralia.com/fleetlists/index-cdc.php
162.975 74.4 would be the CDC-Dural Group
487.675 114.8 should be CDC-Seven Hills and CDC-Northmead.
Grant
For a while Hillsbus seem to be on Mastercom M-Trunk system but they are back in the "clear".
The Mastercom transmitter at Pennant Hills still has the M-Trunk emission designator
