30672 (OPS COM 2)?

It seems Hornsby is being rebroadcast onto 30672 (OPS COM 2), as well as broadcasting normally on 28000. However, 30672 has a regular heartbeat, and 28000 doesn't. Also, the tail of the PMR transmissions seem to be much louder than the voice. I wonder whether any other districts are patched into this same group ID--because I'm sure many of us remember 30656 with the 6 or 7 districts patched into it which doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Alright, further to that, I've heard Sutherland and the Blue Mountains through this same group ID.
EDIT: Macarthur and Penrith too.
