EXACTLY Macca. But train all you like there is no training like real life and real live events that you have to deal with during the quiete and build up seasons.

The amount of crap they've handed down to comms etc from the Tathra stuffup is if anything going to make things worse the way they are jamming it down throats and some paid staff are abusing volunteers.

I'm in the shit locally atm it seems for being outspoken about comms being forgotten about for courses because I finally got frustrated enough to talk direct rather than via the captain. I'm not allowed an opinion apparently.
