RFS Crews are currently active on Talkgroup 10058-RFS Operations 1 carrying hazard reduction burn at two locations in the Holsworthy Military Training area (according to the RFS website). One of the radios in use (Range Control IC) is a 291xxxx radio that according to my long term records appears to belong to the GRN rental pool.

Re: RFS active in Holsworthy Military Range
No, it belongs to the Army. Army have owned a couple of GRN radios for fire fighting for some years. They just don't have their own number range.
