FYI
Lower Hunter RFS district is soon to go over to Central Dispatch and let the games begin. Having said that I wonder if they the RFS will set the new areas (Commands) to have their tgids ?

Lower Hunter last I heard is on the GRN already so directly linked to Homebush. I'm surprised they're already not on the OCC Tomfoolery (my opinion is nastier than Tomfoolery and for good reasons I'm not thinking are right to discuss here). The people who work there (especially Hayden and Ben) are brilliant and it's nothing against them ... they're great to deal with on the phone.

Why do you say will they have their TGids? If they're on the GRN of course they'll be using a TGID .... not sure if you badly worded the question or what.

PS ... could have done with LH's help yesterday but politics :(

I could have sworn I've heard LH strapped to Midcoast at OCC a few times. I know they LOVE strapping MidCoast and MidNorthCoast and Cumberland together.

Fair enough though we've been tied with CC a few times so whilst they seem to like their regulars they're rather dynamic if any area gets hot. Though they seem to hate or at times perhaps refuse our area on a high fire danger day lol. They like lobbing us with a short notice of we need you in this day to take over.

January 2021 Update:

I haven't updated the list in a while, so thought I would put through some changes I've noticed. As always, the list is only made up from personal listening experiences, the ACMA database and info from online, so if you any changes please let me know.

- Added new(ish) PMR channel names
- Removed north part (old The Lakes) of Central Coast PMR: no longer is use (?)
- Removed Illawarra PMR: no longer is use
- Removed Lower Hunter PMR: no longer is use
- Removed Southern Highlands PMR: no longer is use
- Removed Sutherland PMR: no longer is use
- Removed The Hills PMR: no longer is use

"16 August 2022 12:12:43 ALERT For all members Lower Hunter District"

HOW is MidCoast somehow months ahead of Lower Hunter?

Quick hint .. learn your F1 commands and use the latest versioning of it as ;s is stop not sitrep like earlier versions claimed.

It’s would appear many of the PMR frequencies are now defunct, with the GRN being using in many areas. If anyone has an updated list I will happy update the post on page one with the latest info, especially since fire season is only around the corner.
