MDT / CAD Outage

As of around 2210 tonight they have been using pen and paper, passing jobs over the air from one center to another and then dispatching details over the air. Calls are being taken in one center and sounds the like the call taker is coming up on the appropriate channel to pass details.

Yeah, looks rather busy on a few sites, seeing 4-5 103xx and 303xx talkgroups going flat chat right now!

Don't say the ambo's have been infected with another virus. That was what happened last time.

Must be pretty widespread because all the southern channels are running without CAD/MDTs as well, although they're not on the GRN yet so I doubt you'd hear them?

Im sure it wasent a virus or unfourseen event, I heared the dispatcher anouncing the outage 1/2 on hour prier , saying it was a system upgrade, with a estermated 4-6 hour period form 11pm.
