New ECP channel

The Extended Care Paramedics (ECP) program seems to be a success as the ambos have dedicated a new channel to dispatch their jobs. I've been hearing the operators telling the ECPs to switch to ch13 and there will be a job waiting for them there. Ch 13 is Incident 4, TG44384.

i actually heard and saw that TG active on saturday afternoon while in sydney. i couldnt figure out what was going on, as ive never seen that TG active before.
