New ambo south west channel???

Mike is correct about the new channel

Heard Inspector 59 come up on the SW Sydney ambo channel (Talkgroup 44240) to advise that they were enroute to Campbelltown. Dispatcher directed inspector to call up instead on the far southwest sydney ambo channel (talkgroup 44368), which I followed.

Essentially
SW Sydney ambos include Bankstown, Liverpool, Green Valley and Fairfield cars.
Far SW Sydney ambos include Macquarie Fields, Campbelltown, Picton, Camden and Bowral.

Talkgroups are patched and split as required, which explains why sometimes everybody is on the same rollcall from time to time.

As usual Mike is razor sharp and never misses these sort of things

Hi all heard tonight the operator tell a Car to switch to channel 9 The rural west channel. Would it be easier to add the channel numbers to the tgs in the p25 talk group part 2 topic.

Yeah they are a but out if date, there is a list of ambo tags in one of the threads, should be 9 RUR OPS I think.
