Wollongong ambos on GRN??

I'm hearing Wollongong (Southern Ops) ambos on GRN talkgroup 44448 off Heathcote. It is patched to their PMR channels.

Anyone know if they are finally switching to 100% GRN?

Noticed them this morning on TG 44448 off GPT with Southern Ops Dispatcher + Wollongong area PMR Patch (ie no car radio ids)
They are still there as Mike described it 18mths ago

Hi all, yeah when ive been in that area no one was using the GRN. On the old system the only id i noticed was 741217. That was about 8-9 months ago.

..... And nothing happened. the illawarra ambo's may have gone but no change in my area.

See my post in the GRN section... they had a technical "issue" that they have to resolve before they can cut-over to the GRN. The fault isn't related to GRN, more of a console issue. I'm told that once that is resolved they are ready to move across.
Their Centracoms have been moved across to P25 in readiness but they are using Omnitronics consoles for the PMR.
