I was surprised to hear Sydney ambo north still simulcasting (operator only) on analog PMR 413.025MHz :?:

Thats the backup system, only supposed to appear when the GRN is going/gone offline.

5 southern, 1 sydney, 3 western, 2 northern, 4 hunter first digit of vehicle if that helps there are more will post when i can get my hands on them

Your about half right.
1xxx = Sydney ambulance's
2xxx = Administation cars
3xxx = District cars (inspectors, workshops etc)
4xxx = Northern ambulance's
5xxx = Southern ambulance's
6xxx = Western ambulance's
