Ambulance Release Teams (ART)

Have been hearing some 'ART' callsigns lately on the Ambulance talkgroups - heres a description of what they are.
(eg. ART 750)

The Ambulance Release Teams are employed in hospitals and paid for by the Local health Districts to provide help and relief to paramedics during busy periods.

yep when i sadly worked at gosford hospital they would be there every afternoon to relieve the ambo crews that had been stuck there for hours and hours..

gosford hospital was one of the worst offenders for wasting the time of ambo crew's because they could not get their act together
