Heard today, an appliance or vehicle Iding as 'ADCCR". Any suggestions?

Yeah i heard one Operational Safety Co-Ordinator come up, he was driving a Suburu Forester with lights/sirens going, just happened to have the mic to his mouth as he went past me.
