The tech(s) must have finished the Kempsey vote on monday because the common radio id is no longer seen at Telegraph Point (469.0625Mhz), only individual Kempsey and Port Macquarie area cars. That is the first time I have seen Kempsey cars radio ids coming up for ages.

Hearing most of the November sites in Sydney this morning
At one point I hear both Whiskey and November talking together on 468.7125
Not sure that they could hear each other despite the same NAC
The ducting abruptly stopped at 10.30am this morning

Something happened around 10pm tonight ... Newcastle Vkg lost their North Coast links to both the Manning/Taree area of Channel November and to Channel Oscar. Links are back up now at 10.10pm. Local stations broadcast a few jobs in the interim. I am staying at Port Macquarie this weekend.

Ps spoke too soon. Links down again at 10.15pm. Seem to come good around 10.30pm after several attempts to restore the links

Listening to a Radio Reference Stream it seems that Wardell, and Alstonville are using Digital
to many radios as 255 characters is not enough :)

The techs must have finished the Hunter Valley part of "November"
I am seeing RIDS for Hunter Valley Cars eg Muswellbrook, Clarencetown ... coming through off Middle Brother
There will be a settling in period to tweak any dead spots but my gut feeling is that "November" maybe the next cab off the rank to go encrypted, probably no later than the end of 2015

Wont be months, measure it in weeks. Whiskey was 3 weeks between V151 coming alive and the zone change.
