It appears to be analog at the moment from the above reports

However 468.8875 is part of a 5 site vote in the Lithgow area for the rollout of UHF (published in the ACMA 2 years ago) At some point in the near future it be switched from analog to P25

The Regional NAC for the Lithgow area will be 61F when it comes to life eventually
