They just patched Uniform with Sierra but there's still no RIDs coming through from the west dammit.

I'm getting IDs from Sierra as usual but I get nothing except "TG=1" from Uniform, this is why I thought Uniform wasn't fully digital yet.

No that's common, when they patch Sierra and Whiskey together the same happens.
Was an idea i had when we went dark here.

When Whiskey and Uniform were patched in 2014 and I was listening off Mt Gibaltar you would see all RIDs except the analogue patch. Most of the time I monitored Papa and Oscar it was the same ... Papa would show up as "1" ... even other parts of Oscar when they were working on the P25 side .. however very close to switching over all the RIDs started to appear. It maybe a consequence of how it is selected on the console

Tried to get DSD+ to work. Have audio going in but it doesn't appear to be doing anything.
I am using a Uniden 996XT, it works well in UniTrunker.
Can anyone suggest anything to try, if not it really doesn't matter, just curious.

I am running Windows 10 so that would be it. I haven't got any Windows 7 machines to use either.

Well we couldn't be any closer to Uniform switching over.

When Romeo is patched into Sierra I get all those RIDs coming up no problem, but with traffic from Uniform I don't even get a console ID. I could understand if the patch was RoIP'd from somewhere else but I'm sure Warilla handles Uniform nowadays (it used to be VKG Wagga but that's been gone for years).

As you suggest, it must be something they're doing wrong on the console?

When Romeo is patched with Sierra do you hear it in clear voice or just the encryption squiggles?
