Interesting article in Police News August 2011

A little bit dated but i only found it when looking up information on car thefts in Blacktown (something I have some personal interest having been on the receiving end of an attempted breakin at home recently)

An operational model for tackling retail, residential and car theft in Blacktown has spread to other LACS and involves close liaison with Retail LPO's (Loss Prevention Officers)

That makes sense, as Blacktown LAC have been heard on Westpoint Blacktown's own security channel
Westfield seem to be implementing TRBO for their shopping centres
So far Parramatta and Liverpool are now MotoTRBO
