Westfield Warringah mall formerly own by AMP are now using Trbo radios all staff are sporting the DP series Motorola radio with earpiece incl cleaners.

Most likely NXDN, i noticed Kenwood NX series portables on a rack in one of the rooms, they run TRBO CARPS between there and Mona Vale apparently according to some documents.

edit: those frequencies are the same ones listed as CARPS on this list, however, when trying to decode those CARPS freq's in DMRDecode it fails, so it may well be NXDN voice/data frequencies.
