H3-4.3 Network is actually the H2.26 Network

H2-8 = Gregory Hills

H2-26 = Isaac Ridge
Control Channel 462.7500 (Channel 41/42)

Voice Channel 463.4250 (Channel 149/150)
Voice Channel 463.7750 (Channel 205/206)
Voice Channel 464.1125 (Channel 259/260)

Voice Channel 463.5625 (Channel 171/172)
Voice Channel 463.8875 (Channel 223/224)

I have figured out the DSD Channel layout using a spreadsheet.
There are two time slots for each frequency.
On the control channel frequency you will see Timeslot 2 used for voice from time to time

Thanks cartman. I have no idea why DSD shows both H2 and H3.
I'm already tracking the 5 frequencies and have them mapped.

I have another mystery for this network that has DSD capturing/monitoring additional LCN's.
As I previously mentioned, those additional LCN's represent a further 8 frequencies.
Those extra frequencies are not yet known; that's where I'm stumped.

I've attached a screen capture of a full day of monitoring and also listed below what I've logged (DSD sitting on 462.7500).
You will see the known frequencies already populated against the LCN (done through DSD frequencies file).
Shown below but not visible in attached screen capture, are 4 x LCN's missing that have not yet been observed (31, 131, 139 and 537).

Number = LCN.
Missing = LCN has not been monitored yet.
Active = LCN is active but frequency is unknown (active RID's)
Known = known frequency and LCN (active RID's).

Thanks for the info on channel sequence. I wasn't aware of that.
Using the sequence and as you mentioned, the frequencies don't correspond.
Some of those frequencies are not active when they supposedly should be (meaning the freq could be incorrect).
A quick analyse of the CC shows 8 frequencies. I'll keep this going during busy periods and see what it comes to.

In saying that, a quick search of ACT identifies numerous active frequencies in use not listed on ACMA database.
Almost all are commercial business. Some are enc so unknown who they are.
Analysing some unlisted frequencies indicate multiple frequencies for that site (wherever that is).
Some unlisted frequencies indicate the site (wherever that is) have neighbours.

Usure if ACMA are updating their database regularly, or whether some are just trying their luck and hope not to get caught.
It does make the chasing somewhat more challenging.

Being Canberra, there are a number of 'sensative' agencies that have allocations not listed in the ACMA database - even though they run encryption, they carry security classifications above UNCLASSIFIED. The commercial businesses on the other hand, well. . .
