Security guards in the mountains

Post by criten » Tue May 25, 2010 5:51 pm

For your information

Apparently E Group Security mostly use CB radio with no CTCSS or DCS. I know of several locations in the mountains they staff at various times (mostly pubs and supermarkets) and they're commonly on the CB repeater channels (except ch 5 of course).

Regardless, only the pubs on a friday or saturday night are worth tuning in to - and its still very boring most the time.

Mountain Wide Security use Optus GSM.

I'm not aware of any other security agencies in the area.
