505.0125 LCN 1-01
505.5625 LCN 1-03
506.0625 LCN 1-05
506.5125 LCN 1-07
506.8125 LCN 1-09
507.3125 No pulse?

The 5 channel TR Corp LTR system on top of the Novatel at Homebush Bay is still pulsing every 10 secs this afternoon even though it is only licensed until 5/12/11. I stumbled across 506.0625 this afternoon then realised it was still in situ

LTR still active at Homebush Bay as at 22/1/12 on 505.0125, 505.5625, 506.0625, 506.5625 and 506.8125 - 6 weeks after licence has expired
505.5625 heard with Sydney Tennis Centre users discussing matches completed on user group 1-03-111

Amended an error - all 5 LTR channels still up - realised i had checked on the wrong frequency for 506.0625

that does not surprise me, my old employer used expired freq's on 4 sites for 1 year after license expired.
It was only when I complained giving acma full details of what they were upto they were allowed to renew their freq assignments which contradicted some acma documents regarding 403-500mhz assignments

1) They could not maintain their radio systems to a level that provided enough coverage to be oh&s compliant
2) They were in GRN Reception range, but refused to use the grn claiming their system provided far better coverage as apparently during the Storms in 07 on the Central Coast the GRN went down but their system didn't
3) My boss at the time could not understand why guards were complaining about crap reception as he kept on blaming them on not knowing how to use a radio
4) The radios I used to use had not been serviced for 3 years, it took me 4 meetings with OH&S to which my boss at the time didn't turn upto any of them before he gave in and got them serviced
5) My boss thought it was everyone else's responsibility to provide comms should there be some sort of CBR incident even though I found documentation and showed it to him that said still seemed to think it was always someone else's problem not his.

I could go on, but i won't bore people with the details
Please Note Point Number 2 was completely false as I was part of the SES Response on the Central Coast and know the grn didn't go down in the two days I was there.
