Was at the track today , hot az. More digital moving in . rangers on mototrbo, event security using mototrbo and kenwood digital.
Flag points etc up to uhf from vhf this year like bathurst.

St Johns Ambulance are there on analog, will be a busy day for them and the ASNSW crew with the expected heat. Theres not much protection from the sun out there.

Thats the main reason I wont go .... there is no shade in any stand - even the expensive ones
And i attended in 2009 when the temps were 25 deg, not 40 deg

Hi all didn't get a chance to listen today. Been at hospital with my wife .. Are the frequincies being used cars/ race control etc the same as last year.. Hope to have a listen tomorrow if all is good

Could hear the following frequencies in Campbelltown from Homebush so you don't have to be close by to hear the action.

505.0125 - DCS503 - Race control
505.5625 - Gate staff
Wasn't the LTR System supplied by TR Corp like last year?
