Just read in the local paper the RTA and Police are going to conduct a contra-flow training exercise on the F3.

They are going to close the F3 Southbound lanes and direct the traffic onto 2 of the Northbound lane. 1 Northbound will remain open. This will occur between crossover points 1 and 2, approx 4km.

Might make interesting listening.
