On the ACMA database, the PA People have appeared on ACMA Site ID 142297 with a begin date of 8/10/19 and expiry 20/10/19

The only thing that fits the bill when you google is the Edinburgh Military Tattoo
It looks like a 6 frequency 12 channel Capacity Plus system will be active for this event (in addition to the other comms already in situ).
PA People have used this type of system in the past for events in Melbourne
