Communications down Sydney Metro

Just found a follow up , turns out it was human error ..

Anyone notice unusual radio traffic during the day ?

I had a discussion with folk at work about that.
The consensus was that it must have happened in their communications room (ie data links) and the VESDA fire suppression would have been triggered. That would take everything out as described.
My understanding is that all their communications is TETRA based.
