V8 Supercar Practice Day 2014 Eastern Creek

Hi,

Anyone going to the V8 Supercar Practice Day 2014 at Eastern Creek this Saturday? I'm heading along and taking a couple of scanners to se if i can sort at the team radios for this year. with new teams this year and driver changes it will be interesting to sort out. So far i haven't seen a official team freq list posted anywhere for 2014 so i have taken last years freq and teams and tried to match with this years teams and cars.

If any one would like a copy i can post here.

I will be attending and I can say the some freqs have changed from last year. what type of scanner are you taking?

There are 2 teams over the 512 MHZ

Shane Van Gisb - car 97 on 512.575

Hi, bit wet then very humid. Not a good horsepower day. Not good for volvo also, hopefully not a sign of whats to come.
I was hearing shane on 454.4 I didnt check if they were using there repeter.

yip very keen for this season in the end I could have gone to eastern creek this channel ten/foxt deal in 2015 is going to be interesting too

Yeah I heard something about that, most rounds will only be shown on pay TV and only (I think) three or four of the bigger events will be free-to-air IIRC?

After all the work done to build the public profile of the sport over the last decade, I can't help but think this will be a big step backward.
