It's only early in the day, but there is already some NYE radio traffic around the place:

GRN:

19801 - Rental 1: Unknown use
19803 - Rental 3: Unknown use
19805 - Rental 5: Unknown use
No doubt more will ome alive later in the day

RMS appear to be quiet active on a number of their channels, including both the maritime and road talkgroups, which is unsuprising. The maritime channels are showing a bit of activity, as are some of the road clearway talkgroups. No doubt they will get busier as the day and night progresses.

NSW Ambo's will likely use their incident channels for NYE related comms.

NSW SES will probably be using the Sydney Northern and Sydney Southen talkgroups as per usual

800MHz trunking off GPT may still be active for Foti's Fireworks later as er previous years.

Hopefully I'll be able to update this during the day with some new channels.

Yep, RMS is quite busy. Sounds like a lot of cars are being towed from clearways around the harbour. Also a bit of activity on St Johns ambo's in prep for tonight. Sydney buses are also worth a listen. No doubt they will be hit with lots of drunks etc as the day progresses.

Dont forget the RMS PMR. Backup1 and hbrbridge channel will be very busy. 10708/12 will be used for clearway towing ops. UHF CB will be operating as normal, half pissed gronks talking crap all night.

Unfortunately I'm not getting a good data signal lock on GPT Moto 800 trunk so can't track Foti Fireworks crew.
