In the last couple of days numerous "Motorola Electronics Australia Pty Ltd" short term rental licences for NSW (5 watts duplex and simplex) have just appeared on the acma database. I would programme them into a scanner bank because they are bound to be in use for various large scale events like the Homebush V8's, Sydney Festival etc

Interesting find. I'll be putting them into the scanner to see if there is any local use for me over the coming months.

Grant,
most large festivals are now being covered by MotoTRBO as this seems to be the preferred radios plus they have 1000+ plus i know they have at least 20 Repeaters

to many radios as 255 characters is not enough
