Sydney Harbour Tunnel goes GRN

Post by JAFO » Tue Sep 23, 2008 9:50 am

Looking through some work notices today, I found one advising that the Sydney Harbour Tunnel has received a GRN Base Station, providing full GRN Coverage in the Sydney Harbour Tunnel.

The Brigades has now decommissioned the previous Rebroadcast Radio System that was used for talkgroups 105 and 106.

Its a slave site off a "hidden" host.

Bondi Junction Westfields is also a slave site.

The orginal SHT Rebroadcast system was bulit by Telstra for GCIO, it had 3 PMR channels, 2 for NSWFB and 1 for ASNSW.
