Re: NSW P25 GRN - Site Listing (current)
With just a cursory look through the list I already see that a heap of sites have problems (this is more of a 'note to self' to fix later):
001-007 Chullora
all of the 001-050 simulcast sites off Horsley Park
001-068 SPC
001-071 Parramatta
001-073 Chatswood
001-075 Castle Hill
001-099 CoW 3
002-071 Mullengudgery
003-027 Nowra
Looks like my mistakes, it appears I've just looked up the LCNs on the wrong chart without checking the offsets. I'll have a more detailed look and hopefully fix all the problems later tonight...

Re: NSW P25 GRN - Site Listing (current)
So a thought just occurred to me... Does that mean that those HSGA Client ID licences on the ACMA are actually frequency-based?
IE. anything in Bandplan 05 will eventually be licenced to a separate Client ID to anything in Bandplan 04?

Maybe someone who works for Telco Authority and fence sits on this forum could answer that question, without the world imploding?

Seems Griffith now has a GRN site, showing up as Site 56 on the handset. (No other details sorry) assuming its 3-56.

Re: NSW P25 GRN - Site Listing (current)
Disregard, I just noticed that new site at Griffith has freqs under 420MHz licenced to the HSGA Client so that blows that theory out of the water.Bigfella237 wrote:So a thought just occurred to me... Does that mean that those HSGA Client ID licences on the ACMA are actually frequency-based?
And thanks Matt, I just moved that Griffith site out of the Unidentified sites list and into zone 3 of the main list, as well as updating the map.
*RFSS 003 Site 056 - GRIFFITH (Pioneer Park Museum Scenic Drive) - ACMA Site: 100797
*Note: This entire site is licenced to the HSGA Client ID (20036248)
It seems a little odd being in zone 3 as every other site nearby is zone 2, but 002-056 is already allocated to Bourke (Telstra Exchange 47 Oxley St), and there are a heap of gaps in the list before 003-056 so who knows?
Thanks again,
Andrew

Dsd and Unitrunker were reporting the same channel numbers. I understand that Site 174 is now operational as of today, so i will have a good hard look at it when i get home from work soon

Re: NSW P25 GRN - Site Listing (current)
According to that "Transportable Repeaters Guideline", all locationally-challenged frequencies are licenced under a separate ACMA Client ID (20019468), which has 49 licences against it, so the following should be a complete list of all possible NSWGRN CoW site TX frequencies:
04-0002 412.48750

Re: NSW P25 GRN - Site Listing (current)
I think I've fixed all those mislabeled LCNs in the list now, with the exception of site 001-068 SPC... I don't know what the hell is going on with that site?
It's not in my spreadsheet, which is supposed to be a backup copy of the forum list, and it's not on the map, which has every site licenced to the GRN & HSGA Client IDs. So I went looking at the ACMA site (3519) and the frequencies listed are licenced to a completely different Client ID not related to the GRN at all (as far as I know anyway)?
ACMA Client ID 20019469 is the NSW "Telco Authority (Low Power Services)" with 132 licences spread across 88 sites, so if this is actually a GRN site at the SPC then there may well be many others that we've never heard of? I'm gonna have to sit down and go through all those sites to figure out what's going on, but that will have to wait till I have more time.
The weird thing is, I don't even remember adding 001-068 to the list, and it seems very strange that I would add it to the list but to not the map nor my spreadsheet, almost impossible with the systems I have in place I would've thought? Something strange is going on...

Re: NSW P25 GRN - Site Listing (current)
And to throw another spanner in the works, 420.175MHz and 423.800Mhz are coming up as a voice frequencies on Chullora site 1-007 but aren't listed on ACMA as such.
The only two 420Mhz voice freqs listed at Chullora are 420.025Mhz and 420.525Mhz. I've never seen them come up.
Unfortunately I'm not running Unitrunker to sus it out.
