20384 is an agency relatively new to the GRN, possibly State Forests (Forestry) but that's only a guess on my behalf, do you have any info from what you're hearing that may help identify them?
The conversation seemed to speak about fires & how long to travel back to Bathurst.Base operator was a female voice. Not enough information to workout what agency they were.

Hi all, The Shoalhaven use GRN exclusively now, there old TG tag was GD83 Shoalhaven (30013) The new tag would be something like sG025 SHOALHAVEN. Their analog PMR channels have been quiet for a while now.

Yeah thats correct, its seems that the actual Talkgroup ID in this case 30013 is correct, just the alpha tag has been renamed, and will be updated as soon as the information comes in.

Edit: not many crews have updated profiles, only a certain few zones. Most refer to the old talkgroup name (the one listed here and in other places)

Activity again yesterday afternoon on TG 20384.Base callsign was Bombala & talk of watch towers & looking out for fires. They were also talking to one of the firespotter aircraft.Good guess that this is the Forestry Commission or National Parks.

Hi all,

Ill say Forestry, They have a big presence in Bombala and there are a lot of state forests around Bombala.

I can confirm that its Forestry.
The local Eden guys were using that TG and then I switched over to their usual VHF channel and got the same thing.
At the moment its just a patch into the VHF network.

Thanks for the update and confirmation. Which SF channel number is the VHF they are patching in?
