How do we know the alpha tags listed are dodgy - is there another list to compare them to?

A number of things give it away

1) I'm in the SES and have seen the radio profile we use up here, and the tags do not match that
2) There is a character limitation within the Moto CPS that would not allow such big tags to be used in the radios

Heaps of ACT talkgroups sprang to life today, not sure if it's just a coincidence that it's the 1st of January?

Encrypted traffic heard on 40013 (AMB OPS 1) thanks to a visit from Southcare

40055 (FB OPS 6) and 40073 (RFS OPS 6) were patched together today

40068 (RFS OPS 1) has been busy with the hot weather (40+ down here today!) and I've had ACT Parks units joining TGs 40073 (RFS OPS 6), 40075 (RFS OPS 8), 42000, 42003 & 42005

Off Lambton I still have users Im trying to comfirm on tg's 10419, 10421, 10423, 10529, 10562, 20519 and 20522

10462 is a newie to me (unless you mean 10562)
The nearest block is the encrypted folk on 10451-10455 (may or maynot be related to them)
10419, 10421, 10423, 10429 are corrective services (10423 is always encrypted)
20519 and 20522 are likely to be the Newcastle end of Energy Australia
