G'day rotor,

With a list as complicated as this one has turned out to be it's always going to be difficult to keep up with the changes (which was my reservation about people copying the list onto other websites) however, I have always posted a note in this topic advising of additions/corrections as I do them, hopefully it's easier than dredging through the entire list each day playing 'spot the difference'?

If there's another way you can suggest I'm happy to try and accommodate you, although I don't think it's worth starting another list to list changes to the first list?

As for the talkgroup list, (thankfully) that's not in my contract (I already spend way too much time with this list), you'll have to ask Garry about changes to TGs!

In topic 'P25 talk groups' Longreach wrote:hi all, yeah am down here plenty of traffic on the new grn. I've only got 4 sites so far site 0302, 0304, 0305 and 0309. Stromlo 306 is on 4.1 still as per 303 and 325.
Thanks again Matt,

I've updated sites 302, 304 & 309 to P25 wide area on the list, do you know if these three sites are 100% P25 or mixed with 4.1? (If they are 100% I will assume all frequencies carried over from before?)

Thanks Matt,

Site 310 - Canberra/ACT (Mt Tennent) updated to P25 wide area and CC/BCC frequencies added on the list (The same site is still showing as a Type II peer on Mt Cowangerong with a CC of 416.5500 so I have to assume that this site is mixed P25/4.1?)

and

Site 325 - Queanbeyan (Mt Jerrabomberra) updated to P25 wide area and CC frequency added (It appears that this site is mixed P25/4.1 also)

Andrew

Edit: I forgot to add... Site 336 now has a new neighbour (Site 310) as well

Hey rotor,

Just for you, I've stolen... err... I mean borrowed an "Image" banner from www.sascan.net.au (shhhh... don't tell them)

I'll place it next to the sites I update and leave it there for about a week or so?

Thanks to Garry,

On the list:

Site 242 - Port Stephens (Gan Gan Hill) Alt CC added
Site 250 - Bulahdelah (Cabbage Tree Mountain) Alt CC added

Garry, can you confirm that 417.5625 is a BACKUP on Sugarloaf? I have that freq down as the main CC? If so, can you let me know what the main CC freq should be?

Re Bateau Bay: That site was on the list as site 221 but we removed it again because site 221 was mentioned as being out in the Forbes area (which made much more sense)?

While mobile, Site 21 somewhere in the Forbes area then Tx switched to Site 48 at Grenfell (Warraderry range)

While stationary at local SES at a town called Goolongong 25 km sw of Canowindra using handheld and car base .... Site 54 at Canowindra (working in wide area)

Grant
This "Site 21" is a bit of a mystery? I've found Gooloogong on the map and it's in the right area but it's surrounded by Site 215 - Parkes (Mt Coonambro), Site 254 - Canowindra, Site 210 - Cowra (Bellevue Hill) and Site 248 - Grenfell (Warraderry Range) which are all in wide area, I have nothing west of Forbes until you hit West Wyalong (Site 202) to the south and Condobolin (possibly site 211) to the north?

Somebody has previously reported site 221 as being Bateau Bay but there's no way you'd hit that site from the Forbes area so I suspect (as Rusty has previously mentioned) that Bateau Bay may be incorrect on our list?
Can you actually confirm that the P25 site at Bateau Bay is site 221?

BTW, the old Type II zone 3 site 14 (Mt Budawang/Mt Clear) is off the air altogether today.

I'm scanning all it's LCN's now waiting for a P25 CC to appear but all I'm getting at the moment is what UniTrunker says is a "ProVoice 1" system with some weird talkgroups and RIDs but that's nothing unusual for UniTrunker, I get that a fair bit when it picks up very weak signals (I think I'm barely picking up a CC from another distant site somewhere)?

Watch this space!
