its all in the officers attitude, some transit officers are great at dealing with people but some are just dead set shockers that should never have been employed in the first place.

The security industry in nsw is a joke, you have managers that are ex cops telling you don't do that its not your job ring the police which is what alot of these crim's know...

my current employer is the same, and we are now trying to justify why we need extra authority to do our job properly...
