There was always a "pool" of frequencies that were used and reused for CC/BUCC bases, so I'd guess that, even with new sites being added, the list wouldn't have changed much?
Are there really any sites with old PF frequencies for control channels?

There are 2 known sites in Sydney that are using old PF frequencies, site 001-081 (467.5125) and 082 (469.7875). Could well be more. When they switch general dispatch over the GRN we'll almost certainly see more come online.
