Hi All,
Last year I attended the Rosebud Hamfest and went to a very interesting talk by a ACMA inspector. One of the issues they have is the hundreds if not thousands of Chinese radios being bought of ebay and people and business using them out of the box on the default frequencies. He mentained that they have these default freq programed into the mobile vehicles recivers and pick up a lot of these ilegal users while they are driving around. Thought i would put the defaults from the Baofeng 888 into my mobile scanner and see if I get any hits.
