Motorola's back on eBay

Post by alphamike » Thu Nov 27, 2008 6:21 pm

I remember a conversation that was going on the old forum.
Well the same guy, is back re listing radios, now he thinks it's fully flashed and will do NSW Police.

What do we think?

Personally he's asking way to much for it.

If it is the same zoomer (and the wording and style of this listing is very similar), I think his username used to be similar to 'party2themax'.

Yeah you'd be correct, the other items he sells, led light's e.t.c leads to his website; http://www.publicsafetynsw000.com.au.
On his site he says;
"PARTY2THAMAX PUBLICSAFETYSERVICES would like to say
THANKYOU for Visiting our Website & Hope to Place Your Order Soon."

I just sent him an email asking about the radio.
I will post the reply.

That partytothemax guy is an idiot, changing usernames won't help him hide. To even put NSW Ambo's RX means it is a pirate radio on the GRN! Hope he gets a knock on the door.

Also, the firmware in his radio is over 7 years old!, slamming a whore flash into the radio and calling it privately flashed is a joke

These radios below are mine, Ive sent you a PM. Only selling due to purchasing an XTS5000

aren't we all missing the biggest flaw in his add, NSW Police are encrypted in GSA

regardless of how great he thinks his radio is its going to be a $3k minimum brick if you want to listen to the police.

Two more have popped up, I don't think the networks he is advertising is going to do him any good.

Interesting, both have exactly the same flashcode and start to the serial number! Whats to bet they are clones of each other :) :shock:
