It's interesting that talkgroup would be "ZONE D" as there's only three talkgroups under that one (that we know of anyway)...

10951 - Access
10952 - ???
10953 - ???
10954 - "ZONE D ENV SERVICES"
10955 - ALPHA
10956 - BRAVO
10957 - CHARLIE
10958 - DELTA
10959 - ECHO
10960 - FOXTROT
10961 - ???

I would imagine that all the event talkgroups (10955 - 10960) would probably be in a zone by themselves but it seems strange to have so many zones for so few talkgroups? I just had a look on ACMA and the only conventional frequencies they have licenced are VHF marine?

It'd be great if you had the time to Mode ^ and take a few more photos Chris! ;)

It would probably be 'ZONE D' for digital talkgroups. Analogue talkgroups might have been 'A' or 'G'? Other sevices had a similar setup, and as you say, would seem a waste to have so many zones for so few channels
