Recently getting into Zello. I've noticed some US peoples are "re-broadcasting" emergency services on Zello.
Is anyone in Sydney doing this for GRN for anything?

The consensus around here seems to be against "re-broadcasting" anything, monitor by all means, but the content isn't really yours to broadcast.
The whole "re-broadcasting" thing is a major driving force for agencies to go encrypted, or at least a means to justify the expense, and nobody here wants to see that happen!
It went from a handful of dedicated enthusiasts, most with a significant amount of money invested in the hobby, to anyone and everyone with a smartphone listening to their traffic.
