IC40S Antennas

I have owned a string of Icom UHF handheld CB radios.
Have a number of different antennas. All BNC fittings.
Unfortunately, none of the them fit my current 40S.
Yes...I have the adapter. It works, ok...but it increases the overall height of the rig. Not a big deal...except with the little eighth (?) wave stubby. Increases the height to almost that of a quarter wave. Makes it pointless.
Just wondering...has anyone put out any antennas that screw straight onto the 40S?
Especially a more compact version than the quarter wave..
