Must be the way you guys are pressing a button or something. Not sure why else it doesn't work.

i thought there was only 1 way to press a button

just tried in display mode 1 and 2, no difference.

now im getting angry!

I'm also running V1.01.05 and it wont go into the menu..

EDIT; But i worked it out !!

Go into your 'Settings' menu and go to 'Set Audio AGC' make sure digital is 'ON'.
Exit menu, Turn scanner off and do keypad trick to turn back on and there you have it

I tried this this morning. It seems to make it better, although I have only heard about 50 seconds worth of audio before and after the change.
I have a recording of before and after if anyone would like, its from the same site andsameTG so it would give you a good indication of the results if anyone is curious.
