This Friday 6/06 by all accounts.

But at US$650.00, plus US$75-99.00 each for DMR and NXDN, there is not much change from US$800-850.00.

Uniden Australia/Pacific Telecommunications have only now committed to releasing DMR/NXDN to the x36 range of scanners, despite it being available for the US HP models for at least a couple of years - so don't expect an response anytime soon.

Are you able to provide time frame on availability and price guide? Have already been waiting for years so anytime soon is good enough ...

I'm hearing whispers that the Uniden SDS 100 will be released in Australia hopefully before Christmas 2018

A good deal of effort has been occurring behind-the-scenes by myself and others for this to happen. A number of scenarios are being examined. When more is known it will be made available.

The larger battery doesn’t look so good

It’s all a guessing game until Uniden or a distributor officially announces something, however as you posted the AU ‘non-American’ version is listed as the USD100 on the DMR/NXDN upgrade site, and as the SDS100E in Europe.

The distributor in Europe (Avera) has been blogging about it since May 2018, and according to them it’s all up to Uniden Japan. As the EU version will almost certainly be identical to the AU version (like the 346PT/3600XLT), if it is released in the EU there is a good chance we will get it here.

Time - or Russel [emoji3] - will tell.

And I am only going to tell under extreme torture or bribery. The later is preferred.
