Scotty wrote:$85.00 for DMR and $75.00 for NXDN... hmm. A little above the US pricing, which is a pity.

What’s more intriguing is that there is also an upgrade option for a ‘USD100’ model. Would it be reasonable to assume the SDS100 will be making an appearance in AU market soon?
Reasonable but not necessarily soon. Though the definition of soon is the question.

Of note, the EU version of the 436-PT (the UBCD3600XLT), which had included DMR since its release, also had NXDN made available, as of early July 2018.

You can either purchase the scanner with NXDN activated, or you can get NXDN as a paid extra.

Apparently it was a "Test Site" by Uniden to iron out bugs etc - and those of us who bought Keys successfully may ave helped them - Word is that it should got "Live" offically at the "End Of The Month" - which is Today (31st)

I'm just not 100% certain they meant this month, but at least we know for certain progress has been made and it's happening.

We'll know soon enough.

For the lucky Few who have already bought the Upgrades, there is a new version of Sentinal - https://www.uniden.com.au/Downloads/UBC ... _03_00.zip

Can anyone else who has the done the DMR upgrade and monitoring a DT3 system or systems tell me if they are also noticing this: if a call starts on a system (and before the scanner has stopped on that system), then the scanner does not stop on that call when it does start to scan or search the respective system? If the scanner is monitoring that system at the time a call starts then it decodes it perfectly...

Speaking of3:

How do you program a DT3 system where there is only one Frequency licenced- https://web.acma.gov.au/rrl/licence_sea ... 10085645/1

Frank if it is showing up as DT3 system I suspect one or more of the other frequencies will be for the system (ACMA is not always 100% on the money). A couple of ways to check, put all of the listed freqs: 162.8250, 163.3625, 163.5875, 163.7625 and 165.0375 in as a DT3 system and then run the LCN finder...if it is not a busy system it might take many hours to find the LCN's. You could also try monitoring the control channel with DSD+ or simply monitor the frequencies in analogue and see if you hear digital or not.
