Because the rationalisation of the 400 MHz band is so far behind schedule that existing private users of the government band have been given an extension.
Decembers 2014 and 2015 are now set as deadlines for various achievements.

it should be Comgroup as my last conversation with the Manager of Rentals for Motorola do not own any VHF MotoTRBO Equipment and are not interested in it. the VHF is analogue Waris gear

Couldnt find the commentary frequency on UHF
You normally get the two .... director and commentary

Macarthur Square has changed frequencies.Still on analogue luckily!
