Sydney City Council has added more frequencies this year ... though I have only noticed them while preparing a note for NYE 2011

463.0250 123.0 Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
Waste Collection Channel
465.1000 123.0 Sydney City Council - Tx Sydney Town Hall Kent St Sydney
467.1250 DCS051 - Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
471.8500 Sydney City Council - Tx Sydney Town Hall Kent St Sydney
490.1375 Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
490.4625 Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
493.3125 Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
493.3250 123.0 Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
Ranger Channel
493.3375 Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
493.8750 DCS114 - Sydney City Council - Tx Citigroup Tower Sydney
Voice Inversion - CCTV channel?

Needs further investigation both during NYE 2011 and afterwards.
Sydney City Council have security working in the George Street precinct to assist the public.
Not sure about Kings Cross as that is some sort of private arrangement

It has all become rather clear now
