The Interlink Group (who control 22kms of the South West M5 Motorway between Prestons and Beverly Hills) are expanding their radio network with new frequencies added in the past few weeks. It would appear that some of these new frequencies have aerials that are directional east-west or west-east.

Anyone know what's happened to the RTA Harbour Bridge channel? Gone quiet recently.matthewn1983 wrote:

Some say they've been hearing them on GRN TG 10709 STH1, which is being used for the city light rail traffic control. No longer on there either.

ensure you add the ctcss to the frequency as there is also a digital user (non RMS) on the same frequency

I drive to Willoughby a fair bit and listening for breakdowns and MVA's on the bridge and freeway before I commit is a must, else I end up in long traffic delays.
Thanks for that.

In the last couple of days the RMS have switched over to GRN. The bridge patrols are now can be heard on south 3.

Yeah I noticed that this morning, theres been some changes over the weekend. Mobile 1 and Control was heard on South 3 as you have described, also that the TMC Console ids (usually 2385###) are now using RIDS (23805##) I'd dare say there may have been a new profile in there at some stage too.Adapad wrote:In the last couple of days the RMS have switched over to GRN.
