I have compiled this list from researching the ACMA after somebody asked what users active at Port Botany these days , especially whether Patrick Stevedores (whose union wharvies are in dispute) were still using DMR.
Hopefully somebody can use this to put together a comprehensive summary, as I am a little too far away to hear most of the enteries.
In addition to the onsite frequencies you will hear container companies using the Orion Network to send trucks around the Sydney Metro and elsewhere

Don't get too carried away, some of those frequencies are not used being parked. Others are simplex and some have privacy enabled. Inside information shall we say...

I would expect a fair bit of DMR.
The reason i researched the list in the first place is that there has been many frequency changes.
Encryption has never a problem for me logging information.
