RMS VHF freqs

Anyone listen to the VHF RMS frequencies scattered around country areas? Who uses them and for what?

Example: 836193 165.125 MHz 10K1F3E T Eagles Nest Restaurant MT CRACKENBACK NSW 2627 (9734)
662017 162.925 MHz 10K1F3E T Tower 4 Saddleback Mountain KIAMA NSW 2533 (8949)
662021 165.1125 MHz 10K1F3E T Transgrid Site Mount Sugarloaf via NEWCASTLE NSW 2286 (5840)

yes, I listen to them all the time, They are used by the work crews

Do they respond to MVA's in the same way TMC crews do?
