I am a little stuck and would love some help! I work as a tower crane operator and love to listen to the bosses channel but moved to a new site and searched on acma for there channels and none of them were my site .the builder is Hansen yuncken and my site is on maroubra road in maroubra NSW .i did a custom search and found it on 412.6625 MHz but the reception is really bad like noisy even tho I am not far from them .i have a uniden ubcd396xt hope someone can help !!

Welcome to the forum, your best chance of catching them is the Close Call feature on that scanner, searching the ACMA database doesnt show up too much, they could also be simply using CB frequency with a subtone, somewhere around 476-477mhz!

Still getting around my scanner and to be honest not really sure what the subtone is ? Is the 476-477 MHz like a custom search ? Thanks again

Well I have been been trying all morning with close call ,to the point I so the bosses chatting got nothing apart from rubbish and my own channel ! I even found we're there radios were from hyt a QLD company ! I put every channel they had on the acma site and still no joy ,think I will just give it up as a bad job lol

It's the one on maroubra road 200 ,the only site around here with a red and white tower crane
