Re: Trunk88
Yep, I don't work in the "real" radio world... I guess we will see what happens when the new network goes live, won't we? When all of the XTS3000s & MCS2000s are of no use let us see what the extent of bogus radios is on the network then. I have a simple way to assess reality. Some people talk abou...

Re: Trunk88
Try cracking an ASK... it hasn't been done. you obviously don't work in the real radio world. This was done over a year ago. Re: Inside an RFS Cat. 1
I hate the remote head option RFS have chosen for their XTL5000 radios, they should have used the W3 head like the SES and the Police have got.. Problem is the W3 is no longer, the O3 replaced it. So they don't get the option. Col Rubbish, the W3 is still available and can be purchased, I know of s...

Re: GRN interference problem.
I will put 20 cents on the liklihood that the old gear will get steamrolled ie crunched Grant i'll bet it won't. no radios have been crunched here. with the nsw metro police going full p25 grn complete within 24 months there will always be gear moved out and parts kept from the "older" grn side of ...

Re: FS: Phillips PRM 8025 VHF Lowband 66-88mhz

Not difficult at all, cable is $29p/p from www.radioworks.com.au, software is available online(simoco don't charge for regular FPP software for their radio equiptment) Settings are pr...
