Could you hear who OUTBACK21 was actually talking to? I noticed the helo's to the east of them, and 2 B350's nearby but it must be a ground crew they are talking to, not even a faint signal on the waterfall here.

Yep exactly as you described, plus what comes across the CTAF and Tower in Canberra.
